Long Term Goal:
Henry will communicate confidently and effectively in a variety of situations and contexts to express an idea, direction or request to an adult or peer.
Short Term Goal:
1.Henry will answer ‘who’ and ‘what’ questions related to a clear object or action picture, with reduced visual prompts.
2. Henry will answer ‘who’ and ‘what’ questions related to a familiar reading book, with reduced visual prompts.
Term 1:
Henry can give a noun or verb response when prompted to look at a clear picture. He sometimes responds in a phrase, e.g “eating banana”.

Henry is unable to recall a story he has just read or answer simple ‘who’, or ‘what’ questions related to these emergent readers.
